A reminder that at 12:30 today, there'll be a Leica presentation about the Stellaris 8 DIVE upright confocal microscope with multiphoton and compatibility with a wide range of sample types, to be demoed in late July. The presentation will be held remotely and its details can be found below. 1. Abberior has again postponed the Mirava installation and training for another week. Now they say it'll arrive around 07/02 and initial training will be given 07/14 -- 07/16. This demo system is built on an upright scope body and is compatible with a wide range of sample types, including cells, brain slices, organoids, cleared tissues, and live mammals. Other key features include built-in FLIM capability and advanced spectral unmixing algorithm supporting up to 16 color channels. To provide more insight into the system, Leica will deliver a technical presentation via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, June 25 at 12:30 PM.
