Subject: Call for PATHS Application Reviewers

Good morning everyone,



I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to invite you to serve as an application reviewer for the 2025 cohort of the Program to Advance Training in Health and Sciences<https://medicine.yale.edu/dice/engagement/pathway-programs/paths/> (PATHS). As someone who has contributed to the program in one or many ways, we would be honored to have you help us in selecting our next group of scholars!



You would help evaluate a maximum of 20 applications, each including:

  *   short statements about the applicant’s interest and commitment to an MD, MD/PhD, or PhD

  *   their academic transcript

  *   their CV or resume

  *   one recommendation form


Reviewing one application should take 10-15 minutes. We will provide you with a rubric to facilitate the process. Assigned applications will be distributed on April 7th and you would have four weeks, until Monday, May 5th, to send back your reviews. As a token of our appreciation, we will give all reviewers (2) $15 gift cards to the Yale New Haven Hospital Cafeteria.
