[WTI-trainee] NextGEN in STEM Conference: Volunteers Needed!

Hello All!

The *inaugural NextGEN in STEM Conference* is rapidly approaching on *June
6, 2025 *from *8:00 am - 5:00 pm* at *100 College St, 11th Floor, Room
1116.*

We are in need of volunteers to ensure the conference runs smoothly! Please
fill out this form

 to volunteer! We have several jobs available including:

Setup (7:00 - 8:00 am);
Registration (8:00 - 8:30 am);
Speaker Introductions & moderator (there are 7 sessions throughout the day;
each is 45 min; pick a session);
Take-down (6:00-6:30 pm)

Note: Moderator job includes asking the speaker questions (sample questions
provided) as well as fielding questions from the audience
