WORD of MOUTH, the monthly reading series @ ARTS + LITERATURE LABORATORY
invites you to a reading with Connecticut poets Suzanne Frischkorn and 
Allyson Wuerth.  Friday, June 18th at 7pm

Ms. Frischkorn is the author of Red Paper Flower (Little Poem Press, 2004) 
Exhale (2000) and The Tactile Sense (1996). In addition, her poetry has 
appeared in numerous journals and anthologies, including Mangrove, The 
Wisconsin Review, JAMA, Paterson Literary Review, Pif Magazine, Web del Sol 
's In Posse Review, and La Petite Zine, The Pedestal Magzine and Exquisite 
Corpse. She was a finalist for the 2001 Allen Ginsberg Poetry Award and is 
associate editor of Samsara Quarterly.

Allyson Wuerth lives in Ansonia with her husband, poet Mark Stricker and 
their two cats, Emma and Christopher. She is a graduate of the University 
of Pittsburgh's creative writing program. Currently, she teaches English at 
Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden where she "touches the future. . . 
eternally." She has been most recently published in Cimarron Review, 5 
A.M., and Connecticut Review.
As usual, an open mic will start the evening.
