Please join us for a talk by Luke Ives Pontifell, the president of
Thornwillow Press, on Wednesday, September 22, at 2 pm in the Sterling
Memorial Library lecture hall, 120 High Street, New Haven (enter at the
Wall Street door). This event is free and open to the public.

Thornwillow Press is a fine press that publishes limited editions of new
and classical texts. Pontifell will discuss the press's bookmaking
processes, including its workshop in Prague where the handmade papers for
the press's editions are made and where traditional hand binding,
engraving, and letter press techniques are used to make some of the
Thornwillow editions. Pontifell will show examples of Thornwillow
publications. For more information about the press, please visit their web
page : http://www.thornwillow.com/.
