Sarah Pemberton Strong's poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Spoon
River Poetry Review, The Southern Review, Cream City Review, Atlanta Review,
The Sun, and elsewhere. She is also the author of a novel, Burning the Sea
(Alyson, 2002). She lives in New Haven, where, in addition to working on new
poems and her second novel, she runs a one-woman plumbing company. She also
teaches poetry workshops at ALL Gallery. Website:
