[Yale-readings] Thursday, 9-15: Michael Griffith and Josh Russell

Michael Griffith and Josh Russell read from their fiction at Southern Connecticut State University at 8 p.m., Thursday, September 15th in Engleman D253 on Fitch Street.

Michael Griffith is the author of the novels Trophy and Spikes as well as Bibliophilia, A Novella and Short Stories. He is the former associate editor of the Southern Review, current fiction editor of the Cincinnati Review and editor of the Yellow Shoe Fiction Series at LSU Press. He is an associate professor at the University of Cincinnati.

Josh Russell's novels are Yellow Jack, My Bright Midnight, and the forthcoming A True History of the Captivation, Transport to Strange Lands, & Deliverance of Hannah Guttentag. He's received fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, and an Independent Publisher Book Awards bronze medal in literary fiction. Russell is Co-Director of the Georgia State University Creative Writing Program.
