YALE 2019 CONNECTICUT POETRY CIRCUIT READING

Please join us for an evening of poetry!
February 12th, 7pm, Trumbull College Common Room

The Connecticut Poetry Circuit was established in 1968 to continue the work of the New England Poetry Circuit, which was established in 1964 at the request of the Academy of American Poets. Each year, a panel of poets serves as judges for a state-wide contest of college student poets. Five student poets are selected and tour in the spring.

2019 CT Poetry Circuit Poets:

Christine Byrne, University of Connecticut
Genie Johnson, Quinebaug Valley Community College
Louisa Mahoney, Trinity College
Maxim Schmidt, Albertus Magnus College
Rachel Kaufman, Yale University

These poets will be joined by Yale poets, Magda Andrews-Hoke and Rob Colgate.
