Jubi will read selections of his work and discuss his process and the craft of poetry. Our panel will then discuss identity, intersectionality, and healing through poetry.
Jubi Arriola-Headley (he/they) is a Blacqueer poet, a storyteller, and a first-generation United Statesian (son of Bajan immigrants). His poems have been featured in the Beloit Poetry Journal, Nimrod, PBS NewsHour's Brief But Spectacular, and elsewhere.
