A former U. S. Poet Laureate, Robert Pinsky is one of the most acclaimed writers in the country. He is the author of numerous books, including Gulf Music, The Want Bone, The Figured Wheel, Jersey Breaks: Becoming an American Poet, and his most recent poetry collection Proverbs from Limbo. He teaches in the graduate creative writing program at Boston University.
