[yul-naco] Authority Control at Yale website: two changes

Just wanted to alert everyone to a couple of changes to NACO-related links 
on the "Authority Control at Yale" website:

1. I've updated the "Great Britain" section of the "Establishing Geographic 
Names" page: http://www.library.yale.edu/cataloging/authorities/geog.htm .

There is now a link to the online Ordnance Survey Gazetteer of Great 
Britain, which is the new preferred source for establishing U.K. place 
names per LCRI 23.2. The source recommended previously was the Collins 
Britain atlas and gazetteer.

2. The link to the online World Biographical Index on the "Biography" 
section of the website appears to no longer work. It brings up the 
following message: http://www.saur-wbi.de/intro_en.htm

Excerpt: In September 2004, the database will receive a new and even more 
user-friendly interface ...  the database will be offered on the internet 
only as a paid annual subscription as of 1st September 2004 ... The World 
Biographical Index is free-of-charge for subscribers to the World 
Biographical Information System Online (WBIS Online) and for those who 
purchased one or more Biographical Archives on microfiche over the last 12 
months.

I've sent a message to RSC asking whether we will have a subscription. Will 
let you know when I know more.
