This is a two-part message about STATISTICS:

1. Statistics for FY0304 - Reminder

If you haven't already done so, please make sure that you have submitted 
your monthly Authorities statistics sheets from last fiscal year (July 
2003-June 2004). Members of the Catalog Dept. should submit them to Randy 
Main. The rest of you should submit them directly to me. The form is here:

2. Statistics for FY0405 - New Form

Starting with the July 2004 statistics, we will be using a new form:
http://www.library.yale.edu/cataloging/authorities/PCCMonthlyStatisticsForm.xls

This form is for recording ALL of your PCC-related records (i.e. not just 
your NACO and SACO records but also your BIBCO records). It looks a little 
different from the old form but uses the same basic categories and 
definitions as before. Only the BIBCO categories are new. If you do not 
have any contributions for a particular category that month, just enter "0".
