[yul-naco] Changing the font size on RLIN21

FYI.  Copying this message from Ernie Marinko. The RLIN21 interface doesn't 
have a menu option to change the font size, but as indicated, if you change 
it on Internet Explorer, the font will change also on RLIN21. Daniel Lovins 
figured this one out.

The font size in RLIN21 is controlled by the font size used in Internet 
Explorer.  To increase the size you need to:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go the View Menu
3. Select Text Size
4. Choose the desired text size from the menu.
