Hot off the press!
I've also linked to the manual from the NACO section of the "Authority
Control at Yale" website:

It is just over 100 pages - instead of printing it out, you might want to
just use the online version (or limit yourselves to printing one copy per
team/unit).
I saw an early draft but haven't read the final version yet.
