[yul-naco] FY2005 NACO/SACO statistics

Dear catalogers,

I will soon be compiling Yale's NACO/SACO statistics for the fiscal year 
2004-2005 (July 2004-June 2005) for inclusion in this year's annual report.

Those of you who are in the SML Catalog Dept., please make sure that you 
have submitted all of your monthly PCC statistic sheets to Tim.

Those of you who work in other units, please submit your statistics for 
FY2005 to me, if you haven't done so already. Some prefer to give me 
monthly reports; some prefer to give me an annual report. Either is fine, I 
just ask that you use the same categories as in the online statistics sheet:
