Dear NACO catalogers,
The RLIN section of the "Authority Control at Yale" website has been
significantly revised:
http://www.library.yale.edu/cataloging/authorities/rlin.html
Here's what I did:
-removed all documentation pertaining to the old "RLIN Terminal for Windows"
-added links to RLG's RLIN21 sites
-posted a list of Yale's new NACO accounts (includes associated library
identifiers (LIs) and MARC organization codes for each account but NO
passwords)
-posted screenshots of the default settings for each NACO account (these
might not make sense to those of you who don't have administrative access
but it is good to have the information recorded - NO passwords are included)
-posted the instructions for setting up the RLIN21 Latin Keyboard on both
Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines
-posted the RLIN21 MacroExpress Keypad Map for those who are using the
MacroExpress diacritics file sent out by Steven Arakawa
-posted the handout that was used at the training session when we rolled
out the test client (note: we will be revising this document very soon!)
Please let me know if there is any other RLIN21 "stuff" you'd like added...
Manon
