[yul-naco] LC & OCLC as alternatives to RLIN21

Some of you may be getting frustrated when searching the RLIN21 bib files
as part of your NACO work (in order to determine predominant usage, see
whether BFM is needed at LC, etc.).
Just a reminder that you can search bib records in either OCLC or the LC
OPAC as an alternative when doing NACO work.
LC OPAC: http://catalog.loc.gov/
The LC OPAC contains many bib records that are not in RLIN21; some of these
records may contain headings labeled "[old catalog heading]". If you decide
to cite such a heading in your NACO record, do it like this:
670 $a LC database, date $b (hdg.: ... [from old catalog])
Also, remember that BFM is NOT to be reported for these headings. More info:
