[yul-naco] NACO in RLIN21 : next week

Dear NACO catalogers,

Please do not create/update NACO records in RLIN21 next week until you get 
the official "go-ahead" from me! That should happen on:

Wednesday June 1st

Although RLG has said they will allow NACO inputting in RLIN21 starting 
Tuesday May 31, we want to wait an extra day in order to test our new 
profiles in a production environment (and do any last-minute tweaking that 
might be necessary) before going "live".

Also, please note that we will be implementing new NACO templates in 
RLIN21. The NACO Coordinating Committee has recommended the following for 
our authority record templates:

Although this web page shows the templates with MARC code "CtY", rest 
assured that I will be preparing one set of templates for each unit (so the 
code will be correct for everyone). Also, remember that unused tags will be 
automatically deleted when you save your authority record, so you don't 
have to worry about deleting the tags that you don't need.
