[yul-naco] OCLC NACO training: save the dates!!

Dear NACO catalogers,

Please block out the following two dates in your calendars:

Oct 18 (Wed)
Oct 19 (Thu)

We will be having a NELINET trainer come to do 
training on using OCLC for NACO work on one of 
those two dates, but we don't know which date yet.

Once we've firmed up the date, I'll let you know. 
The training will be 3 hours. It will be given 
twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

The NACO Coordinating Committee has been busy 
helping NELINET to develop the training outline and handbook.
