[yul-naco] Fwd: Draft LCRI 25.13

Manon,

I note what appears to be a typo in the tagging of the first example in the 
last section beginning Bible ... last section; tagging should be:
130 #0 Bamberger Psalter

General comment on the proposed LCRI: I've scratched my head trying to 
apply the old one, I'll probably keep scratching it when I have to apply 
the new one.
