Dear NACO catalogers,
In your NELINET training manual on p. 37
(Keymaps), it says that a default "Yale mapping"
has been created for the number pad and will be
available for download from PCAmigo.
I'm happy to report that this file is finally
ready (we had some snafus during testing, so it
took longer than expected). Please go here for downloading instructions:
http://www.library.yale.edu/cataloging/authorities/oclc/DownloadingYaleKeymap.doc
The "Yale mapping" maps the delimiter sign, the
"enter diacritics" window, and some commonly-used
diacritics to the number keypad on the right side
of your keyboard. The mapping closely follows what we are using in Orbis.
If you need help downloading the file, please ask
your expert user to assist you.
Downloading the file is optional.
