[yul-naco] Fwd: Connexion available 24x7 for NACO work

I asked NELINET which days/hours we can use the 
Connexion client to create/update NACO records, 
since some people like to work on weekends. The response:

>hours a day, 7 days a week, for all work. So no restrictions on authority work.
