[yul-naco] BFM notices: please include bib LCCNs

Dear NACO catalogers,

We were recently assigned to a new liaison at Library of Congress. He 
has asked that any BFM notices I send to him include the LCCNs of the 
LC bib records that need their headings corrected. So, from now on 
could you include that info in the messages you send to me (or your 
local Yale NACO reviewer)? Below is a sample e-mail message:
