23  In 678, I would include the person’s first name in the first sentence. I’d be interested to find out whether a URI in 678 is considered to be sufficient sourcing to justify the information in 370, etc. To clarify, maybe what is needed is a 2nd 670 citing the website and listing all the information that has been recorded in 3xx.

Not required, but you could put 378 for the full form of the name
