One general comment: abbreviations can be used in 670: t.p. for title page, b. for born, etc.

I added a few other comments below after Stephen’s,

110 and 410 – Is this non-standardized capitalization permissible in access points?
I don’t know for sure but 11.2.1.3. says “General Guidelines on Recording Names of Corporate Bodies
When recording a name of a corporate body, apply the general guidelines on recording names given under 8.5. When those guidelines refer to an appendix, apply the additional instructions given in that appendix, as applicable.”
 8.5.2 says “Apply the instructions on the capitalization of names of persons, families, and corporate bodies given in Appendix A”
Appendix A (A.2.1)  allows for unusual capitalization such as eBay: “For names with unusual capitalization, follow the capitalization of the commonly known form.” And A.4.1 says “Unusual capitalization. For titles with unusual capitalization, follow the capitalization of the title as found on the source of information.” So if that’s the most common form then I supposed it should be recorded as so.

Corrected. I also realized that I recorded the death date in 046 as 200402. But a training slide seem to show it should be recorded as 2004-02.
