[yul-naco] Core list of MARC fields for NACO records

If you're not on PCC, there has been a recent posting of a Core list for NARs which you should consult as you create your records. It was created by Kevin Randall at Northwestern. Let me know if you have any problems accessing it; I was able to open it using the link below. Because it's in the RDA Toolkit Local Workflows folder, I wasn't able to access it from the Toolkit itself, even after logging in, but I was successful when I used the link. Hopefully it will be copied to the Global Workflows section soon.

Also a reminder: in the Global Workflows section, the BL Guide to RDA Name Authority Records is valuable for general NAR creation and can be used in conjunction with the core elements table.  Navigate to it by opening the Toolkit, clicking on the Tools tab, opening Workflows, clicking on Global Workflows, and selecting BL Guide to RDA Name Authority Records (fortunately very near the top of the list).

Finally, Joanne Dyla of Stanford gave a PPT presentation at the PCC Participants Meeting at Midwinter.  Among other things, she went over guidelines for conferences. In some ways it was too complex to follow in the course of the presentation, but she has graciously sent me a copy which is attached. It will be on the PCC Site eventually; hopefully there will be an announcement on the PCC List. (And remember to check out the BL Guide to RDA Name Authority Records as well)
