[yul-naco] FW: List of core elements for RDA NACO authority records

I recommend taking a look at this. If you haven't used Workflows before: go to the RDA Toolkit, click on the Tools tab at the top of the sidebar, when it opens click on Workflows, then open the name of the document (see below).  Looks like it will be really useful!

I didn't have any trouble accessing the document (which looks excellent, by the way) via the link. But I can't get in if I open the Toolkit and try to open Local Workflows.  Any possibility that it could be copied to the Global Workflows? Personally I find the column of local decisions to be helpful even if included in the Global Workflow, but others may not agree. (But I'm not aware that anyone has complained about the inclusion of local decisions for the BL Global Workflow contributions)

My colleague Kevin Randall created a table that I've imported into the toolkit as a local workflow.  This includes our local policies but is broken down by MARC field order.

I'm not sure if I need to make it a global workflow for you to see it. Let me know.

On a side note, I'm having an issue linking out to the MARC tables - I set the link text as "368 $a" and when I create the link it displays as "368."  Any suggestions on how to fix that issue are welcome!
