[yul-naco] draft PCC survey relating to next PCC strategic plan: request for some feedback from you all

Hi all,

The PCC, leadership group, PoCo, is working on its next strategic plan. PCC won't begin drafting that plan until Nov. 2017, but leading up to that planning meeting, PCC is looking for ways to engage the PCC community in preparation for that planning. One way, PCC can contribute is by responding to a survey.

Attached is a draft of a survey to PCC members. Please take a little time to look at it and comment. The three questions we have about it for you are:\

1.       did you understand all the questions?

2.       anything need clarification or rewording?

3.       anything we didn't ask that you thought we should?



Other observations or comments you have about this survey are also welcome.



If you could please respond by the end of the day on Wednesday, Feb. 8th, that will give us time to revise the survey and send it out to PCC member on the PCC list by the 15th of February.
