[yul-naco] NACO training

The NACO Coordinating Committee (NCC) will be scheduling training in creation of personal and corporate name headings in the LC/NACO Authority File (NAF). This first offering is intended for catalogers new to NACO and for those who might want a refresher in current policies and practices.
