[yul-naco] NACO Coordinator update

Dear colleagues,

I am writing to let you know that Jia Xu completed her 1-year term as NACO co-coordinator. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jia for her manifold contributions to managing the NACO program at Yale. Tachtorn (Wheat) Meier will subsume Jia's responsibilities and continue as sole NACO coordinator. Please send any questions relating to NACO directly to Wheat. Hannelore Segers will continue to compile and report our NACO stats.
