[yul-naco] New resource added to the NACO at Yale

I am excited to share with you a new resource added to the NACO at Yale page: the NACO Cheat Sheet: Persons, created by our colleague Cecilia Caride (maria.caride at yale.edu). This resource serves as a quick reference for the Authority MARC fields used in name authority records for persons.
