[yul-naco] Brenna Bychowski is NACO independent for geographic names

Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that Brenna Bychowski, Catalog/Metadata Librarian, has successfully achieved NACO independence for geographic names.
Since 2019, Brenna has demonstrated dedication in creating and revising geographic names under the guidance of several reviewers. Despite the challenges associated with obtaining new or updated authority records, she has consistently submitted her geographic names for review when appropriate. Her submissions since October 2022 have exemplified a high standard of quality.
