[Yale ArchivesSpace] ArchivesSpace Upgrades and Production unavailable this evening

Hello Everyone,
Please note that this evening after 6pm, the Production instance of ArchivesSpace will be temporarily offline in order to produce a backup of database and current index. Please save any work before leaving today.
This is not an upgrade to production yet. Library IT is trying to recreate a working 1.Yale* instance, to walk through the upgrade process step by step from our current production version (1.Yale*) to the latest general release of ArchivesSpace (1.4.2).
This work should happen so Library IT can be prepared to repeat this process without error, when it comes time to upgrade Production ArchivesSpace.
Please email me directly, or call me at 2x5565, if you have any questions or concerns. I know this announcement is coming late in the day, but please excuse the lateness of the hour. It is an attempt to keep our local instances of ArchivesSpace up to date and reliable for staff.
