Hi Mary,

I have picked up the ticket and responded in Service Now, but wanted to reach out to you directly.

There were two empty files in the indexer_state directory that I have deleted which should restart indexing. There may be other work necessary, but this should allow for anything new to be indexed properly.

Please let us know if this did not solve your problem and we will continue to troubleshoot.

Hi Mary,

Mike Lotstein reported an indexing problem this morning to enterprise systems, but I don’t know if he’s gotten a reply. This sounds soooooort of like an indexing problem too — I’d definitely encourage you to put in a ticket.

I am trying to link 2 additional subjects to a resource record. I click: Add new subject. The subject I want to link to comes up in the type ahead search results. I select it. When I click save, however the link won’t stick. Any ideas? -- Mary
