[Yale ArchivesSpace] can't save a link to an existing subject

I’ll chime in here, in case it’s helpful.

I uploaded some data into ASpace yesterday morning. I kept checking back throughout the day yesterday, but it wasn’t there. This morning, however, it has appeared!

Hi Mary,

I have picked up the ticket and responded in Service Now, but wanted to reach out to you directly.

There were two empty files in the indexer_state directory that I have deleted which should restart indexing. There may be other work necessary, but this should allow for anything new to be indexed properly.

Please let us know if this did not solve your problem and we will continue to troubleshoot.

Hi Mary,

Mike Lotstein reported an indexing problem this morning to enterprise systems, but I don’t know if he’s gotten a reply. This sounds soooooort of like an indexing problem too — I’d definitely encourage you to put in a ticket.
