[Yale ArchivesSpace] Reminder: ASpace Upgrade in Production Today-10am

For the sake of being explicit — ArchivesSpace will be down today during the upgrade. The test instance that Melissa pointed to may be useful if you want to look up information, but any edits made to the test instance are temporary and will not go into production.

I think that everyone’s going to like the new version of ArchivesSpace, so I hope that the downtime will be worth it to you.

A reminder that Library IT will conduct an upgrade to production ASpace today. The upgrade will begin at 10am and is expected to continue through the afternoon.

Production ASpace (http://hydratest.library.yale.edu:8080<http://hydratest.library.yale.edu:8080/> ) will be unavailable during this time.

If needed, a TEST instance updated in late December is available here: http://prod-aspace.library.yale.edu<http://prod-aspace.library.yale.edu/> ( I know it has prod in the url, but it is one of the instances we did a practice upgrade on a few weeks ago).

Updates on progress will be provided to staff as the work progresses.
