[Yale ArchivesSpace] Restart of TEST ArchivesSpace 8/23

Hi All,

In order to complete testing on improvements to the Finding Aid View the TEST instance of ArchivesSpace will be restarted after 5pm today, 8/23, barring objections.

This will result in a momentary outage of the staff and public ASpace test interfaces, as well as the test API.

If this poses an issue then please let me know.
