[Yale ArchivesSpace] Regular Restarts of ArchivesSpace Staff and Public

Hi All,

You may have noticed that in this week's LIT Change Notice there was a reference to regular ArchivesSpace restarts.

A few weeks ago YAMS approved, with feedback from this list, a window to regularly restart ArchivesSpace. This will allow the vendor to perform maintenance more predictably and also will allow application plugin updates to be released on a regular schedule.

The restart schedule is as follows:
Production: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 4am.
Test/Development: Weekly, Wednesday at 4am.

Staff, Public, and API access to the respective systems will go down with each restart, though less than 10 minutes of downtime is expected and it should be significantly less.
