[Yale ArchivesSpace] Restart of TEST ASpace

Hi All,

In order to apply more changes to the EAD Export plug-in in TEST ASpace a restart is being requested tomorrow AM (this will happen after the pre-work normally scheduled restart). Please let me know if there are any objections.
