Dear Colleagues,
As of 10:30pm last night the indexing operation has completed in the ArchivesSpace PUI. Since then, resources in the MSSA and Peabody repositories have been displaying as normal with context trees and the Finding Aid View rendering properly.
The vendor is continuing to investigate this outage and LIT, YAMS, and Lyrasis will be working together to identify a mitigation strategy to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Thank you for your patience while this issue was being addressed and I apologize the public service interruption.
Please feel free to reach out to me with questions, and please report any unexpected behavior or new issues to YAMS or the LIT help desk<https://web.library.yale.edu/form/report-problem>.
Thanks,
Steelsen

Subject: [Yale ArchivesSpace] Context Tree Display Issues in MSSA and Peabody
Dear Colleagues,
ArchivesSpace was re-indexed over the long weekend to address some discrepancies observed in search results.
It appears that the index operation has not completed in full at this time - resources in MSSA and the Peabody are still not displaying context trees. This manifests in the PUI as an "unclickable" Finding Aid View. Search results will also be incomplete.
We are currently working with the vendor to expedite resolution of this issue, but do not yet have estimated time for resolution.
Thank you for your patience,
Steelsen
