[Yale ArchivesSpace] Restart of production ArchivesSpace TONIGHT

Hi everyone,

I'm writing to let you know that the production instance of ArchivesSpace will be restarted after 6pm EST tonight in order to pull in a few minor changes to Archives at Yale. My apologies for the late notice, I meant to get this message out last night. Please let me know ASAP if you are performing any work that would be interrupted by this restart.

The changes are as follows:

1.) Move the Existence and Location of Copies (altformavail) and Physical and Technical Requirements (phystech) notes out of the "Additional Description" section of the page and onto the main section of the page ("above the fold"). This change was requested by MSSA in order to make more prominent notes which identify and allow users to request materials that are available digitally (i.e. in Preservica) but are not currently available in Find-it, Aviary, etc.
2.) Add a "Click Here to Access Online" link above thumbnail images in order to make clearer to users that clicking on the thumbnail will take them to the digital version of the material.
3.) Set accordions to be open by default. This makes it more obvious to users when there is additional description beyond what is "above the fold." This change will only be applied to desktop browser windows, not mobile views.

As with other restarts, downtime should only be a few minutes. We will let everyone know when the restart is complete.
