[Yale ArchivesSpace] TEST ArchivesSpace :: Notice of extraordinary restart

As mentioned in late January, we’re going to have some more extraordinary Test ArchivesSpace restarts for implementing changes on the way to an upgrade.

Today will be another one of those. I’ve requested it for 11.30a today.
