[Yale ArchivesSpace] TEST ArchivesSpace :: Extraordinary Restart Today

[Kirkpatrick, Trip]

This restart is planned for 3p today. If all goes as expected, it will be complete by 3.15.

We are not reindexing the Test data at this time because there will be a development call on Wednesday night, and last time the reindexing had not progressed sufficiently in 48 hours.

If you will be working with data in Test that needs reindexing, the process for now is to re-save the record from the staff interface.

We’re still in the thick of update processes, and expect to be deploying a new version of our ArchivesSpace to Test today. I don’t have a specific time yet, but I wanted to give you the notice even before having that specific time so you know to look out for it.
