I am writing to inform you that we have received, and confirmed, several reports of indexing delays with ArchivesSpace. You may have noticed that records you have recently created or updated are taking a long time to appear in the staff interface and Archives at Yale.

Please be assured that your records are being saved in the database, and so you will not lose any work you have done. We are in contact with our hosting provider to see if they can help us resolve this issue.
