[Yale ArchivesSpace] TEST ArchivesSpace :: Downtime 11 Sept for Infrastructure Migration, Data Sync

Friends of Yale ArchivesSpace:

Lyrasis is going to move our instance of ArchivesSpace to new infrastructure this coming Wednesday, 11 September. The entire TEST environment will be down for a couple of hours mid-morning, but the whole index of the data will need to be re-created, which will take significantly longer. “Significantly longer” here means on the order of a few days. Data will come back in chunks rather than all at once, though.

As part of the migration, we will also be syncing the PROD environment data into the TEST environment as part of routine maintenance to have TEST work more like PROD.
