[Yale ArchivesSpace] Handle.net Service Interruption (FYI)

Hi all,

Just a quick heads-up that the Handle.net proxy servers appear to be down at the moment (https://hdl.handle.net/ is currently unreachable), which is affecting persistent link resolution.

ITS has already reported the issue to the Handle.net administrators (this is external to Yale), and he’ll follow up once the service is back online.
