[Yale ArchivesSpace] Archives @ Yale - Latency This Afternoon

Hi all,

ASpace connectivity appears to have stabilized for now. The root cause of today’s slowdown and similar periods of degraded performance seems to be multiple agents making a high volume of requests at the same time, overwhelming the system.

Lyrasis has restarted the service and is currently tuning their monitoring setup to better catch and prevent this kind of load issue in the future.
