This maintenance is scheduled to begin Friday evening (after normal business hours) and is expected to conclude by Saturday morning. During this time, users may experience some temporary disruptions to ArchivesSpace. Lyrasis intends for any downtime to be minimal, but I wanted to make you aware in advance. If you experience any connectivity issues with ArchivesSpace during the weekend or on Monday, please send an email to library.helpdesk at yale.edu which will automatically file a ServiceNow ticket. That way, I can investigate and escalate to Lyrasis if necessary. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. They are investigating, but normal service was restored as of 12:30 PM.
