[Yulcat-l] Proposal to allow the addition of dates to
established personal name headings

oh my, before CPSO worries about "killing off" artists and literary
figures, it would be nice if their proposal to add to currently established
headings would first assure that they're using the person's real name, and
not merely a translation--
the currently established NACO heading is:
Borges, Jorge Luis, |d 1899-
and not as in example #5 as they've given on their website:
"scholars or literary figures, such as:
100 1# $a Borges, Jorge Louis, $d 1899- "
