[Yulcat-l] Cataloger's Desktop: Firefox problems

It appears that the Cataloger's Desktop toolbar (it allows you to bookmark,
backtrack, start over & other things) is not functioning if the Firefox
browser is used. This has been my experience as well. As indicated, the
toolbar is functioning on IE. And note that CDS does not support the
Firefox browser, so unless the collective users can come up with a
solution, you may have to use IE to work with Cataloger's Desktop.

We unforutnately aren't in a position to answer questions about
Firefox. Our commitment to subscribers is that it will work with either
Internet Explorer or Netscape. Although we have received many positive
reports from subscribers who use Desktop with Firefox, we can make no
promises that it will work as expected in Firefox. See <

hi,
with the new desktop, i have lost the toolbar (start over, etc.) using
firefox. the toolbar does appear with IE. is there some setting in firefox
that will make the toolbar reappear?
